“I shifted my work hours in order to leave by 4 pm each day to pick up my son from school and get dinner on the table by 6 pm. I was concerned that coworkers would think I was just leaving early, not realizing I was one of the first in the office each morning. Hearing that President Obama dropped everything for dinner with his family at 6:30 pm gave me the courage to feel unashamed with my decision.#thanksobama
